基于DEST-H软件的城市住宅模拟能耗与实测能耗的对比分析

【摘要】 采用DEST-H软件模拟了长沙市两种典型的住宅建筑能耗,并且将模拟结果与实测周期内能耗结果进行比较;通过对比分析验证了DEST-H软件对于长沙市这种典型夏热冬冷气候区域住宅能耗模拟的适用性;用DEST-H软件模拟分析了影响建筑冷、热负荷的几个因素,包括:建筑体形系数改变、围护结构改善和通风换气次数改变;针对各种模拟结果提出了相应的节能措施。

【Abstract】 Two typical type energy consumption of residential buildings in Changsha city China simulated by using the DEST-H software,and the result of simulation compared.With the actual data from energy consumption the effect of the building shape coefficient,envelope construction and ventilation rate on cooling and heating loads are analyzed,as well as the energy consumption of two target buildings during the simulation.By contrast analysis,estimated the applicability of DEST-H in the energy consumption simulation in the region of hot summer and cold winter.Some corresponding energy saving measurements proposed based on the results of variours simulation.
