环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯的研制
Development of Environment-friendly Flame Retardant PC
【摘要】 应对欧盟ROHS环保要求,研制了环保型阻燃聚碳酸酯,并探讨了四溴双酚A和三氧化二锑对PC材料阻燃性及力学机械性的性能的影响。结果表明,当四溴双酚A用量为5%,且四溴双酚A与Sb2O3用量比为3.5:1时,改性PC的综合性能最佳。
【Abstract】 According to the global environmental requirement, environment-friendly flame retardant PC was developed, and the effects of TBBA and Sb2O3 on the flame retardance and physical properties of PC were studied. The results showed when the mass fraction of TBBA was 5 % , and the mass ratio of TBBA to Sb2O3 was 3.5: 1, the overall properties of the prepared PC were the best.
