纳米凹凸棒土母粒的制备及对聚丙烯性能的影响
Preparation of Nano-meter Attapulgite Masterbatch and Its Effects on Property of PP
【摘要】 将纳米凹凸棒土制备成母粒并与PP复合,制备n-ATP/PP纳米复合材料。对纳米夏合材料的性能进行测试。结果表明,当纳米凹凸棒土质量分数为1%时,复合材料的拉伸强度达最大值;而冲击强度在纳米凹凸棒土质量分数为5%时,出现峰值。纳米凹凸棒土的加入一定程度上改善了复合材料的加工性能。
【Abstract】 Nano-meter attapulgite (n-ATP) was made into masterbatch and then compounded with PP to prepare n-ATP/PP nano-meter composite.The peoperties of the nano-meter composite were tested.The result showed the tensile strength of the composite came up to the maximum when the mass fracttion of n-ATP was 1 % , while the impact strength came up to the peak value when the mass fracttion of n-ATP was 5% .The processability of the composite was improved to some extent by the addition of n-ATP.
