纳米CaCO3/POE/PP三元复合材料成型收缩率的预测

【摘要】 在固定成型工艺条件下,改变纳米CaCO3的添加量,实验采集了该材料的收缩率样本,基于GM(1,1)建立制品收缩率随纳米CaCO3用量变化的预测模型,与实际结果比较,误差在允许的工程误差范围内,证实了该模型的可行性。

【Abstract】 To predict the shrinkage rate of nano-meter CaCO3/POE/PP composite, the samples of the materials were collected from the experiments, in which the composites were prepared with different content of nano-meter CaCO3 at the same molding condition. A GM ( 1, 1) model was proposed to forecast the shrinkage rate of the composites with different content of nano-meter CaCO3. The calculated results were close to those from the experiments and the sample error was within the range of the engineering permissibility, which confirmed the feasibility of the model.
