【Abstract】 The Yellow River is the cradle of the civilization of China and is a mother river of Chinese Nationality.This paper briefly reviews the history of 60 years harnessing process of the Yellow River and the gained great achievements,reveals the great contributions to the cause of hydropower development in China made by the Yellow River Upstream Hydropower Development Co.,Ltd.in new century and in new stage,briefly describes the difficulties and countermeasures in the construction of Laxiwa Hydropower Station,and finally prospects for the development goals of hydropower in the upstream of the Yellow River.更多还原
