【Abstract】 Simao pine(Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis) was the new host plant of Bursaphelenchus xylophilus under natural conditions.The symptoms of the infested Simao pines were observed and the artificial inoculation test was conducted indoor.The results showed that there were some differences between the symptoms of pine wilt disease in Simao pine and these in other hosts.First,the needles of Simao pines falled the same year they were infested.Second,the infected Simao pines secreted pine resin even in the middle stage of pathogenesis.Those differences were analyzed and discussed.更多还原
