销连接受力特性的数值仿真
The Stress Characteristic Value Simulation of Lug Pin Joint
【摘要】 为得到耳板和销轴的真实受力状态和一些接触受力特性,对比考虑接触应力的非线性理论分析结果和有限元软件ANSYS仿真分析结果,然后分析不同的销轴直径对耳板应力产生的影响,随着销轴直径的减小空隙的增大,接触压力值和最大拉力值都在增加,呈上升趋势,压力值增加的幅度远大于拉力值。
【Abstract】 In order to acquire true stress behavior of the lug pin and plate,we compared the non-line analytical result considering connectional stress action with the simulation analytical result by using ANSYS.And then we analyzed the influence of change of plate stress according to different diameter of the lug pin.Along with the decrease of the axis diameter gradually,the value of pressure and tension all increased,assuming the trend of escalation,and the pressure value increase is far bigger than tension value increase.
