试论高校体育教学中学生健商(HQ)的培养

【摘要】 对健商的概念、内涵及高校体育教学在培养学生健商作用方面进行了论述,对学生健商的培养途径和方法进行了初步探讨,它们包括:改变传统观念、树立"健康第一"的思想;选择合适的体育教材;选用丰富的教学方法与手段;提高教师自身的素质.

【Abstract】 HQ is considered as the latest concept of all human beings in the 21st century.So the paper illustrates the concept,connotations and teaching approaches to improve the HQ of the students in universities.
