有可接受服务的负顾客的M/G/1休假排队系统
The M/G/1 Queue with Negative Customers Accepted Service and Vacations
【摘要】 研究了带有可接受服务的负顾客的M/G/1休假排队系统.利用补充变量法,借助概率母函数求得系统处于稳态时的平均队长.
【Abstract】 We analyze the M/G/1 queue with vacations with negative customers who accept service.We adopt the supplementary variable technique and the generating function method to derive the queue length in stability.
