【Abstract】 In the recent years,the digital video industry has expanded a lot and the release of affordable digital video camera has been in most people’s reach.Unfortunately this has been accompanied with a corresponding increase in the variety of file formats and codec’s available to us.So having the ability to convert from one format to other suitable formats is a great help.FFMPEG is an open source audio and video converter that supports most industry standard codes and can convert from one file format to another.How to compile and install FFMPEG on Linux operation,and how to convert videos with FFMPEG and the upload and distribute of videos are discussed.更多还原
