【Abstract】 Based on the analysis on the phenomena of crime,the article indicates that the crime is a morbidity phenomenon which originates from the society and does harm to the society.As a result,prevention of the crime is a fundamental policy to eliminate the social morbidity phenomenon.The social prevention of the crime needs the common effort of all the society to abandon various measures and approaches.更多还原
