【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the background and theory of High Conservation Value Forests(HCVFs),summarizes how the HCVFs concept has been used in forest management,forest certification,plantation planning and management,landscape planning,nature conservation planning process,forest products procurement policy,as and forestry investment projects over the world.In addition,the paper analyzes the challenges for development of the HCVFs in practices,and discusses and proposes the future tendency of HCVFs.更多还原
