变质Cr12MoV模具钢热处理工艺研究

【摘要】 研究了热处理工艺对变质Cr12MoV钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明,淬火回火处理后,变质Cr12MoV钢中共晶碳化物呈粒状均匀分布;随淬火温度的升高,硬度先升后降,冲击韧度呈逐渐升高趋势;淬火后试样随回火温度的升高,硬度逐渐降低,冲击韧度先降后升;确定变质Cr12MoV钢最佳热处理工艺为1080℃淬火+250℃回火。

【Abstract】 The microstructure and properties of modified Cr12MoV die steel after different heat treatment processes were studied.The results show that,after heat treatment,the eutectic carbides of modified Cr12MoV die steel are changed into nodular and dispersed ones in the matrix.As quenching temperature increasing,the hardness falls first and then increases,the impact toughness rises gradually.The hardness of quenched samples falls with tempering temperature rising;the impact toughness increases first and falls later.The optical heat treatment process of modified Cr12MoV die steel is quenching at 1080℃ and tempering at 250℃.
