激光熔覆成形有限元模拟的研究进展
Research Progress of Finite Element Simulation for Laser Cladding Forming
【摘要】 综述和分析了激光熔覆成形过程中温度场、应力场、熔池流场以及气/粉两相流场等有限元模拟工作的最新研究进展。指出了目前激光熔覆成形有限元模拟中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了激光熔覆成形有限元模拟的发展方向。
【Abstract】 Finite element simulation of temperature field,stress field,molten pool flow field and gas/powder two phase fluid field in laser cladding forming process was summarized and analysed.The existing problems in LCF finite element simulation were pointed out,and its future research direction also was put forward based on these.
