08Al钢低温盐浴氮碳共渗工艺的研究

【摘要】 研究了08Al钢的低温盐浴氮碳共渗工艺,利用扫描电镜观察氮化后的断面显微组织,检测了化合物层的厚度和质量,利用显微硬度计检测渗层的显微硬度。结果表明,试样在560℃氮化2.5h,所得化合物层较厚且致密,渗层均匀。

【Abstract】 Low temperature salt-bath nitro-carburizing process of 08Al steel was studied.The microstructure on the treated surface was observed by SEM,meanwhile,the thickness and the quality of the compound-layer were also tested.The microhardness of nitriding layer was measured by digital microhardness tester.The results show that,when the samples are nitro-carburized at 560℃ for 2.5 h,its compound-layer is thicker and densre,and nitriding-layer is homogeneous,too.
