Al2O3p/2024Al基复合材料的界面结构
Interfacial Microstructure of Al2O3p/2024Al Composite
【摘要】 利用TEM、HRTEM等分析测试手段,对挤压铸造法制备的Al2O3颗粒增强2024Al基复合材料的界面组织结构进行了观察与分析。结果表明:Al2O3p/2024Al基复合材料的界面结合良好,未发现界面反应物,铝基体与Al2O3颗粒以共格关系结合,界面属直接结合型,且Al2O3颗粒与Al基体存在如下的位向关系:Al2O3(2)//Al();Al2O3<4>//Al<110>。
【Abstract】 The interfacial microstructure of Al2O3p / 2024Al composite prepared by extruding-casting was investigated by TEM and HRTEM. The results show that the Al2O3 particles in aluminum matrix are nearly spherical or ellipsoidal. Al2O3 reinforcements are well bonded with 2024Al matrix. The interface between the Al2O3 particles and the matrix is clean and reaction product is not observed. This interface belongs to direct bonding. The orientation relationships between Al2O3 particles and aluminum matrix are : Al2O3 (2)//Al() ; Al2O3<4>//Al<110>.
