钛合金表面激光熔覆Metco45C涂层的组织研究
Microstructure of Laser Cladding Metco45C Coating on Titanium Alloy Surface
【摘要】 对钛合金表面激光熔覆Metco45C涂层的组织进行了研究。结果表明,激光熔覆区在微观结构上分为熔覆层、熔化区和热影响区。熔覆层组织为细的枝晶状组织;熔化区为树枝状和颗粒状组织。钛合金表面激光熔覆Metco45C可以实现涂层与基体之间良好的冶金结合。
【Abstract】 The microstructure and composition of laser cladding Metco45C coating on Ti-alloy surface was investigated.The results show that the microstructure of cladding layers consists of three zones: cladding layer,melting zone and heat-affecting zone.The microstructure of the cladding layers is dendrite crystal.The microstructure of the melting zone is dendrites and particles.Laser cladding Metco45C on Ti-alloy surface can realize the good metallurgical bonding between the cladding coating and the matrix.
