黄芩甙在真丝上的抗菌整理研究

【摘要】 研究了天然植物黄芩的提取物黄芩甙在真丝上的抗菌效果,试验了铝离子质量分数、黄芩甙质量-体积分数、pH值、温度和水洗次数对真丝的抑菌性的影响。结果表明,经黄芩甙处理后的真丝织物具有较好的抑菌效果。在铝离子质量分数为5%、黄芩甙质量-体积分数为0.5g/L、pH4左右、70℃时整理的真丝织物,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌的抑菌率都达到90%以上,水洗25次后对金葡球菌的抑菌率仍保留在70%以上。

【Abstract】 The study mainly discussed the anti-bacterial properties of silk treated by essential extracted element Baicalin of natural plant-Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. The influences of chemical parameters on anti-bacterial properties of silk fiber were discussed, such as the concentrations of aluminum ion and Baicalin, pH, temperature of the finishing and the times of washing. The results indicated that anti-bacterial properties of the silk fabrics treated by Baicalin were excellent. When the silk fabrics were treated in the following conditions:5% of aluminum ion,the Baicalin concentration of 0.5g/L at 70℃and pH about 4, the anti-bacterial ratios of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis were more than 90%. And after 25 times of washing, the ratio for Staphylococcus aureus was still more than 70%.
