【摘要】 目的观察糖神散分期治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的临床疗效。方法65例DN患者按期分为A组(Ⅲ期,24例)、B组(Ⅳ期,21例)、C组(Ⅴ期,20例)。各组在原用降糖药的基础上,加服糖神散,治疗30d。比较治疗前后临床疗效、血液流变学指标及症状和体征的积分变化。结果A组有效率为91.67%、B组为80.95%、C组为70.00%,A组高于B组和C组(P<0.05);治疗后各组全血比黏度低切值降低(P<0.01),症状及体征积分减少(P<0.05),且A组优于B和C组(P<0.05),B组优于C组(P<0.05)。结论糖神散对各期DN均有良好的治疗作用,治疗越早,疗效越好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of "Tangshen Powder" in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN). Methods Sixty-five subjects were divided into three groups: group A (Ⅲ-phase DN, 24 cases), group B (Ⅳ-phase DN, 21 cases) and group C (Ⅴ-phase DN, 20 cases). Besides regular melbine, "Tangshen Powder" was given for 30 days. The clinical efficacy, blood rheology, and score of symptoms and signs were observed. Results The total effective rate was 91.67% in group A, 80.95% in group B and 70.00%, higher rate in group A than groups B and C (P < 0.05); after treatment, the low-cut viscosity reduced(P < 0.01) and the scores of symptoms and signs fell(P < 0.05), with better results in group A than in groups B and C(P < 0.05). Conclusion "Tangshen Powder" is rather effective for DN; the earlier treatment is given, the better efficacy is obtained.更多还原
