【摘要】 目的观察银质针治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VB I)的临床效果。方法将84例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别采用银质针和普通毫针进行治疗,并对治疗前后的有关数据进行对比。结果治疗组总有效率92.6%,对照组总有效率73.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗前后椎动脉和基底动脉平均峰流速(Vm)的变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组治疗后仅椎动脉平均峰流速的变化差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用银质针治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足效果优于普通毫针治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of silver needles in treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods Eighty patients were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups and treated with silver needles and general filiform needles,respectively. Related data were compared between pretreatment and posttreatment.Results The total efficacy rate was 92.6% in the treatment group and 73.3% in the control group.The curative effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in vertebral artery mean peak velocity(Vm) and basilar artery peak Vm between pretreatment and posttreatment in the treatment group.There was only a statistically significant differences in vertebral artery peak Vm between pretreatment and posttreatment in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of silver needles is better than that of general filiform needles in treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency.更多还原
