血清β-胶原特殊序列的测定及初步临床应用

【摘要】 目的探讨血清中β-胶原特殊序列(β-CTx)的检测方法及临床意义。方法采用电化学发光法(ECLIA)测定血清β-CTx,并把健康人群325名作为对照组,对89例各种骨代谢疾病患者的检测结果进行评价。结果标本在室温、4℃及-30℃保存具有很好的稳定性,变异系数(CV)<5.43%,可测范围达3 680 ng/L以上。女性各组之间的结果有明显差异,女性绝经后含量明显升高;男性青年组结果高于其他各组(P<0.01)。各类疾病组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论用ECLIA测定血清β-CTx具有简便、快速、稳定性好、精密度高的特点,能很好地反映骨转换的变化,是研究骨代谢疾病有价值的生化指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the method and clinical significance of serum β-Crosslaps (β-CTx). MethodsThe levels of serum β-CTx in 89 patients with bone metabolic disease and 325 healthy controls were determined by electro-chemiluminescence immunoassay(ECLIA),and the results of β-CTx were evaluated. ResultsThe β-CTx was stable in room temperature,4℃and-30℃.The interassay Coefficient of vaviation(CV) was <5.43%.The highest measured concentration was 3 680 ng/L.The level of β-CTx in postmenopausal women was significantly increased.The levels of β-CTx in youth males was higher than that in other groups(P<0.01).The serum β-CTx level in patients with bone metabolic disease was higher than that in control groups(P<0.01). ConclusionsThe ECLIA used to determine serum β-CTx is convenient,precise and stable.It is a useful biochemical marker to assess bone metabolic disease.
