CO锅炉烟气能量回收与节能改造

【摘要】 针对CO锅炉运行存在的排烟温度偏高、热效率低等问题,采取技术措施,回收锅炉烟气能量,用以加热省煤器进口给水与助燃空气,提高了锅炉效率,改善了燃烧,有效地防止了省煤器露点腐蚀,实现了CO锅炉高效、长周期、安全运行。

【Abstract】 Based on a bit high temperature of ex- haust flue gas and low heat efficient during the boiler running,the technical measures have been taken on energy recovery from flue gas of boiler, which will be used for heating up influent water of economizer and aiming at air combustion.In this way the boiler efficiency has been increased, combustion effect improved,dew point corrosion of economizer has efficiently been prevented. High efficient,long—term and safe operation of CO boiler has been achieved.
