铝离子污染胁迫对蚯蚓重要抗氧化酶活性的影响
Effect of Aluminum Ion on Activities of Important Antioxidant Enzymes from Earthworms,Eisenia andrei
【摘要】 为了探究铝离子对土壤生态环境中重要的生物——蚯蚓的毒性作用,研究了人工土壤中氯化铝污染胁迫对安德爱胜蚓(Eisenia andrei)过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性的影响。结果表明,氯化铝对蚯蚓CAT酶有一定的激活作用,且酶活随着染毒时间呈现先增后减的变化;对后2种酶则有抑制作用,其中对SOD抑制作用极显著(P<0.01);染毒时间对受铝毒胁迫的蚯蚓的SOD活性具有极显著影响(P<0.01)。
【Abstract】 This paper reported the effects of aluminum ion on activities of catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX) from earthworms.The results indicated that catalytic activity was activated partially by Al3+,but superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase activities were both inhibited by Al3+ and the activity of SOD was decreased significantly(P<0.01).The subjecting time played an important role on the activity of SOD(P<0.01).
