【摘要】 目的应用和建立因素型患者分类系统的管理指标,计算护理人力、护理生产力和护理人力成本。方法我院8个病区140名护士参加了工作取样研究,即根据因素型儿科患者分类量表钩选当日班别中的护理活动及频率,每24小时患者护理为一份完整的钩选记录。7 d共收集1762份钩选记录。结果全院患者每日所需平均护理时数为2.43 h,各病区的护理人力差距在+1~-6之间,护理生产力在0.87~1.62之间。4类患者所需平均护理人力成本分别为人民币31.06元、55.17元、105.24元和220.49元。结论多数病区存在护理人力不足,因素型患者分类系统能发现护理人力供需差距,利于管理者优化人力配置以提高护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish factor type pediatric PCS management indicators,to calculate the nursing manpower,nursing manpower productivity,and nursing manpower cost.Methods One hundred and forty nurses in eight units were asked to record the frequency of nursing activities provided for patients under the factor type pediatric PCS tool during their shifts.A complete record accounted for 24 hours of nursing.Work sampling was conducted for 7 days with a totel of 1 762 samples collected.Results Nursing hour per patient per day in SCMC was 2.43 h,the nursing manpower supply-demand gap in 8 units ranged from +1～-6.The average nursing manpower productivity of the 8 units was 1.29,ranging from 0.87 to 1.62.nursing manpower costs for type 1,2,3,4 in factor type pediatric PCS were 31.06,55.17,105.24 and 220.49 Yuans(RMB).Conclusion It was shown inadequate nursing manpower was present in most units of SCMC calling for reasonable manpower allocation.Factor type pediatric PCS was able to identify the supply-demand gap in nursing staffing and provide appropriate standards for nursing manpower allocation to improve the nursing quality.更多还原
