【Abstract】 In 2006,the Beijing Municipal Government enforces a plan of electing undergraduates to take roles of "The Village Officer", which has attained the anticipated effects and has aroused great social response. The successful performance of this plan has a certain enlightenment to effectively guide and encourage the undergraduates to take jobs in rural grassroots.
