GH4169合金等温条件下晶粒长大数学模型研究
Research on the Pattern and Establishment of the Grain Growth for GH4169 Alloy Under the Isothermal Condition
【摘要】 本文研究了GH4169合金在不同加热温度和不同保温时间下的晶粒长大规律.结果表明,晶粒尺寸随着保温时间的增加和加热温度的升高而长大.但该合金晶粒尺寸受温度影响更为显著,当温度高于1050℃时晶粒长大速度明显加快,同时计算了晶粒长大激活能,而且建立了晶粒长大模型.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the grain growth pattern of GH4169 alloy is studied experimentally at various heating temperatures and different heat preservation time.The results show that the grain size increases with the increasing temperature and time.But the effect of temperature on grain size is more significant.The grain growth rate becomes more obviously when temperature is higher than 1 050℃.Meanwhile,the activation energy of grain growth is calculated.The grain growth model of the alloy is established.
