【摘要】 目的观察血浆置换对妊娠期急性脂肪肝的治疗作用。方法3例妊娠期急性脂肪肝患者,均为初产妇,单胎,平均年龄28岁。采用人工肝支持系统——血浆置换进行治疗,检测治疗前后各项生化指标变化。结果应用血浆置换治疗后,2例患者肝功能完全恢复,1例死亡。结论人工肝支持系统——血浆置换治疗妊娠期急性脂肪肝是有效和安全的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of plasma exchange(PE) on patients with acute fatty liver of pregnant.Methods Three pregnant patients with acute fatty liver were treated with PE,their biochemical indicators were measured before and after PE.Results The liver function of 2 patients had been recovered completely after treatment with PE.One patients was dead.Conclusion The artifical liver support system——PE is effective and safe in the treatment of patients with acute fatty liver of pregnant.更多还原
