大跨地铁暗挖车站施工地层变位控制技术研究

【摘要】 北京地铁某车站为大跨暗挖车站,采用浅埋暗挖法施工。由于所处工程环境条件复杂,施工中对地层变形控制要求严格,要求将地表沉降控制在45mm以内。为达到控制目的,充分实行动态信息化管理,在施工策划阶段通过理论分析、工程类比和数值模拟等研究手段,分析了车站暗挖各步序地表沉降的分配比例和控制值;施工阶段根据监测结果和既定控制值,及时变更设计参数和支护措施,成功实现了复杂环境条件下大跨地铁暗挖车站地表沉降值的控制目标。

【Abstract】 The authors introduce a large-span embedded metro station of Beijing metro,which is constructed with shallow embedded excavation method.According to complicated engineering conditions,it needs to control the earth’s surface settlement strictly.In order to achieve the goal of controlling the earth’s surface settlement,they manage the engineering dynamically with informationization.Before construction,they analyze the ratio and control value of the earth’s surface settlement during each construction step,with the method of theory analysis,engineering analogy and numerical simulation.Based on the result of monitoring and controlling values during the construction,the design parameters and support measures are optimized when necessary,which realizes the control objective of making the earth’s surface settlement of largespan embedded metro station with complicated environment not over 45 mm.
