【摘要】 介绍价值工程的概念与理论,探讨运用价值工程对绿色施工方案进行评价的方法。当各种施工方案的功能条件及成本构成较复杂而难以评价时,运用价值工程原理对绿色施工方案进行比选,可以求出综合考虑社会效益和经济效益最大的方案,为我国制定统一的绿色施工技术标准提供科学依据。以某深基坑支护方案为例,验证了价值工程评价方法的实用性和可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper presents a study on performance evaluation of Green Construction projects by using the value engineering(VE) methodology.It is composed of three sections—the theory of the Value Engineering,application of the value engineering theory in performance evaluation of green construction projects and a case study.This paper chiefly deals with the function analysis of the green construction projects,and formulates the Value Engineering method to evaluate the green construction projects.As a new parameter,the value index can provide a best green construction project.更多还原
