【摘要】 目的:建立蒙药巴特日七味丸中乌头碱的含量测定方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Extend-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.3 mol/L三乙胺(65∶35),流速为0.8 ml/min,检测波长为235 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:乌头碱在1~5μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。结论:本方法简便、准确、分离效果好、线性范围宽、灵敏度高,可用于本品的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:to establish a method for assay of aconitine in Garidi-qiwei pil1.Methods:HPLC was carried out on Extend-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with methanol-0.3 mol/L triethylamine(65∶35)as mobile phase,the detection wavelength was 235 nm,column temperature was 35 ℃.Results:the linear range of aconitine was 1~5 μg.Conclusion:the established method is convenient and accurate with satisfactory separation effect,wide linear range,high sensitivity,and available for quality control of the preparation.更多还原
