【摘要】 目的探讨食管癌中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、碱性成纤维因子(bFGF)的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。方法68例食管癌组织为观察组,39例正常食管黏膜为对照组。采用免疫组化SP法检测VEGF、bFGF和MVD的表达。结果观察组VEGF、bFGF的表达及MVD均明显高于对照组,食管癌组织中VEGF、bFGF、MVD的表达与病理分级无关,与肿瘤浸润深度和淋巴转移有关,肿瘤浸润在肌层以下和有淋巴结转移者VEGF、bFGF、MVD均增高,且随VEGF、bFGF升高,MVD也升高(P均<0.05)。结论食管癌VEGF、bFGF的表达与MVD呈正相关。VEGF、bFGF可作为食管癌估计预后的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the relationship between VEGF,bFGF and MVD in esophageal carcinomas.[Meth- od]The expression of VEGF,bFGF and MVD were detected by immunohistochemical method in 68 cases of esophageal carcinomas(observation group)and 39 cases of normal esophageal tissue(control group).[Results]The expression of VEGF,bFGF and MVD in the observation group was higher than that of control group.The expression of VEGF and bFGF and MVD in different grades of esophageal carcioma had no significant difference,but the expression of VEGF,bFGF and MVD was correlated with invasive depth and lymphatic metastasis.They were increaed in those with the under-muscular layer invaded and lymphatic metastasis.MVD was increased with the increasing of VEGF and bFGF.[Conclusions]The expression of VEGF and bFGF is positively correlatled with that of MVD in esophageal carciomas.VEGF and bFGF can be one of the prognostis factors of esophageal carcinoma.更多还原
