【摘要】 目的评价自行研制的新型人工二尖瓣成形环(佰仁思环)的临床应用效果。方法应用二维和彩色血流显像超声技术研究了8例接受自制软质二尖瓣环成形术(软环组)和6例硬质二尖瓣环成形术者(硬环组)术后心功能的变化。结果术后早期软环组左室峰值充盈率(PFR)、左室峰值排空率(PER)、最小容积变化率(dV/dTm in)、左心室收缩期快速射血时间与射血总时间比值(FET/ET)与硬环组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);术后3~6个月软环组射血分数(EF)、FET/ET与硬环组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论软质环顺应性好,有利于临床心功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To assess the clinical efficacy of newly designed flexible prosthetic mitral ring in annuloplasty.[Method] 14 patients with mitral annuloplasty were studied by two-dimensional and color Doppler echocardiography.Patients were divided randomly into the prosthetic flexible rings group(FPMAG,n=8) and the rigid rings group(RPMAG,n=6).[Results] In 10-14 days after operation,left ventricular minimal volume change rate(dV /dTmin) and left ventricular peak of emptying rate(LVPER) in FPMAG were higher than those in RPMAG(P<0.05),and left ventricular systolic rate of fast ejection time and ejection total time in FPMAG was also higher than those in RPMAG(P < 0.05).Left ventricular peak of filling rate in FPMAG was higher than those in RPMAG(P < 0.05).[Conclusion] The flexible prosthetic mitral ring may have better effects on restoring the cardiac function than the rigid rings.更多还原
