【摘要】 目的探讨TGF-β1与肝纤维化的关系。方法留取32例慢性乙型肝炎患者血清及肝组织。肝组织行HE、网织纤维和胶原纤维染色,免疫组化法检测肝组织中TGF-β1表达;ELISA法检测血清中TGF-β1水平;结果TGF-β1在纤维化肝组织高度表达,主要分布于肝血窦壁及窦周细胞、炎症坏死灶、汇管区及肝细胞内;随肝纤维化程度的增加,肝组织及血清中TGF-β1水平明显升高,二者呈正相关,二者与肝脏胶原纤维、网织纤维含量同步性升高,并明显相关;结论慢性乙型肝炎肝组织及血清高度表达TGF-β1,并与肝纤维化程度平行;TGF-β1对肝纤维化的形成与发展具有促进作用;其水平变化有助于判断肝纤维化程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the expression of transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1) in chronic hepatitis B,and the relationship between the expression of TGF-β1 and liver fibrosis stage.[Methods] Serum and liver tissue were taken from 32 chronic hepatitis B patients.ELISA were used to detect the levels of serum TGF-β1 in 32 patients with CHB.Pathological changes of liver tissues were detected by HE,Masson and Gordon-Sweet staining.With immunohistochemistry method,the expression and distribution of TGF-β1 in liver were detected in CHB.[Results] TGF-β1 were strongly expressed in fibrosis liver tissues.TGF-β1 were detected in nonparenchymal cells(NPC),such as hepatic stellate cells,endothelial cells,myofibroblasts and hepatocyte.The serum level of TGF-β1 and its expression in liver tissues were gradually increased in the different processes of hepatic fibrosis.Both of them were positively correlated with the degree of liver fibrosis.[Conclusions] TGF-β1 levels were correlated with the degree of fibrosis.TGF-β1 may play an important role in the development of hepatic fibrosis.更多还原
