济钢3~#1 750 m~3高炉第4段冷却壁的改造
Reconstruction of the Forth Cooling Stave of Jinan Steel’s No.3 1 750 m~3 BF
【摘要】 针对济钢3#1 750 m3高炉第4段冷却壁大量损坏的状况,分析认为,风口带离炉缸太近和漏水形成水煤气热震,难以形成稳定的保护性渣皮是主要原因。通过采用板壁结合冷却壁来代替原4段铸铁冷却壁的方式进行停炉改造。改造后,风口区部位再也没有发现支管漏水现象。
【Abstract】 Aiming at a great deal of damage of the forth cooling stave at the third 1 750 m3 BF of Jinan steel,analysis considered that main causes were: tuyere zone was too near to furnace hearth,heat shock of water-gas caused by water leakage and difficult to forming stable protection slag skin.The restructuring scheme of cooling plate combined with cooling stave instead of the original forth cast iron stave has been put forward and has been conducted in the shut-down period.There is no water leakage in the tuyere zone since from reconstruction.
