【Abstract】 Aiming at a great deal of damage of the forth cooling stave at the third 1 750 m3 BF of Jinan steel,analysis considered that main causes were: tuyere zone was too near to furnace hearth,heat shock of water-gas caused by water leakage and difficult to forming stable protection slag skin.The restructuring scheme of cooling plate combined with cooling stave instead of the original forth cast iron stave has been put forward and has been conducted in the shut-down period.There is no water leakage in the tuyere zone since from reconstruction.更多还原
