LF用钢包复合砌筑工艺开发
Development of Composite Bricklaying Technology for Ladle Furnace Ladle
【摘要】 根据LF用钢包的侵蚀规律,结合济钢第一炼钢厂钢包的实际使用状况,开发了渣线镁碳砖和铝镁尖晶石浇注料复合砌筑工艺。通过采用复合砌筑技术,提高了钢包的包龄,降低了漏钢几率和生产成本。
【Abstract】 The composite bricklaying technology of ladle was developed according to the eroding rule of ladle for ladle furnace and combining the actual use status of the ladle in No.1 steelmaking of Jinan steel.The age of ladle and safety was improved through the composite technology of aluminum-magnesium spinel castable and magnesium-carbon bricks in the slag line and the leak odds and the production cost were reduced.
