【摘要】 转炉炉底的上涨、下降及转炉熔池变形等炉型变化,容易造成不利于冶炼过程控制、降低转炉炉龄和枪龄甚至漏炉事故。通过采用"均衡"砌炉工艺,改进溅渣护炉工艺,控制补炉和生产工艺,强化炉型测量,有效地保证了转炉运行的稳定,转炉补炉时间和耐材消耗大幅度降低,转炉炉龄达到30 000炉以上,降低了炼钢生产成本。

【Abstract】 The rising and decline of converter bottom and the change of converter melting pool went against the controlling of smelting process,the age of converter and oxygen gun was reduced and converter leak took place easily.Through adopting the technology of equilibrium bricklaying,improving the technology of slag-splashing for protection of converter,controlling fettling and production process and strengthening the measure of vessel shape,the stabilization of converter running was ensured efficiently,fettling time and the consumption of refractory were reduced enormously,the converter age reached 30 000 heats and the cost of steelmaking was reduced.
