创建节水型企业的探索与实践
Research and Practice of Establishing Water-saving Enterprises
【摘要】 济钢通过采取建立节水目标责任制、实施水质分级管理、挖掘排污水潜力、创建小半径循环工艺、开发节水工艺和无水工艺、应用水质稳定技术、加强余热蒸汽冷凝水的回收利用等节水措施,吨钢耗新水指标从9.63 m3持续降低到3.59m3,工业水重复利用率从92.51%提高到了97.31%,达到国内领先水平。
【Abstract】 It was adopted to found water saving target duty system,to actualize water quality classification management,to open up sewage letting potential,to establish small radius water circulation craftwork,to develop water saving technique and anhydrous technique,to apply water quality steady technique,to strengthen residual heating steam condensation water callback in Jinan Steel,fresh water consumption per ton of steel was reduced from 9.63 m3 /t to 3.59 m3/t,water repeating use ratio was advanced from 92.51% to 97.31%.It has reached domestic leading level.
