【摘要】 介绍了莱钢1#干熄焦工艺概况、技术特点、生产运行状况及技术经济效果。1#干熄焦系统投产后,焦炭干熄率85%以上,吨焦蒸汽产生量0.54 t以上,吨干熄焦节约标准煤达40 kg;焦炭质量明显提高,M40提高3.1%,M10下降0.6%,CRI下降3.1%,CSR提高3.8%;配合煤成本下降13.1元/t,环境状况明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 The general process situation,technological features,operational status and technical and economic effect of 1# CDQ system in Laiwu Steel were introduced in this paper.Since 1# CDQ system putting into production,the dry quenching efficiency was keeping up more than 85%,the output of steam was keeping up more than 0.54 t per ton coke.40 kg standard coal was saved up when quenching 1-ton coke.Coke quality was improved obviously,M40 was improved by 3.1%,M10 was dropped by 0.6%,CRI was dropped by 3.1% and CSR was improved by 3.8%.The cost of blended coal was dropped by 13.1 Yuan/t and the environmental status was also improved obviously.更多还原
