【摘要】 目的筛选盐酸小檗碱透皮吸收软膏剂处方。方法采用半透膜扩散法对不同处方的药物释放度进行测定,依据溶出曲线对处方进行筛选。结果与结论以甘油、羧甲基纤维素钠、透明质酸为基质的盐酸小檗碱透皮吸收软膏剂,主药的释放达到缓释效果,溶出度符合药典标准,且重复性好,是最佳处方。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To seclect the best prescription of the Berberine Hydrochloride transdermal absorption ointment.METHODS Different prescription releasing degrees were determined by semi-permeable membrane diffusion method,in order to screen the best prescription by the stripping-time curve which were based on releasing degrees.RESULTS and CONCLUSIONS Ointement,whose bases were made of glycerol,carboxymethylcellulose sodium(CMC-Na) and hyaluronic acid,was the best prescription in respect that effective drug′s sustained-released.The dissolution meet the standard of pharmacopoeia and it had good reproduction quality.更多还原
