【摘要】 本文以乙醇为溶剂,对消脂通脉方的非挥发性成份进行了提取,以醇浸膏得率与泽泻醇B23-乙酸酯含量的综合评分为考察指标,以醇提工艺的乙醇浓度、温度、次数、时间为考察因素,用正交设计对醇提工艺条件优选,结果确定70%乙醇温浸(50℃)2次,第一次60min,第二次30min为优化工艺条件。更多还原
