高校图书馆的职称制度及其对科研工作的影响

【Abstract】 Librarian professional-title system of higher teaching institutes has greatly promoted the scientific research of the librarians;however,the negative influence brought by it could not be neglected,either.Taking the scientific research of the library of Laiyang Agricultural University,this paper elaborates on the great impacts on the scientific research of the professional-title system,and also puts forwards some proposals on how to improve the scientific research of libraries of higher teaching institutes.更多还原
