代沟现象及其对策探讨
Discussion on the Generation Gap Phenomenon and its Countermeasure
【摘要】 介绍了代沟的概念、特征、产生原因及影响等方面的内容,对学校中的代沟现象进行了论述,并初步提出了相应的对策与建议.
【Abstract】 The concept,characteristics,emerging reason and the corresponding influence of generation gap phenomenon are introduced.The reason why generation gap appears in universities is discussed,and the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion are proposed.
