【Abstract】 The talented persons are the key to prosper and strengthen colleges and universities.Facing new opportunities and new challenges of development of high education under the new circumstance,colleges and universities must persist in the principle of putting the human fundamental,set up the scientific viewpoint of talented persons.Colleges and universities must take unusual measures to recommend the urgent need talented persons,stabilize the key talented persons,train the young talented persons,select and employ properly the talented persons.Colleges and universities must insist on the principle of the Party controlling the talented persons,strengthen the construction of the talented person ranks,implement the strategy of reinforcing universities through the talented persons,and promote greatly the core competition force of the colleges and universities in order to guarantee stable,continued,healthful,harmonious development of the high education.更多还原
