【摘要】 在食品产业快速发展、品种日益丰富的今天,食品安全形势日趋复杂,监管也愈加困难。近年来,虽然我国政府采取了不少措施整顿食品市场,但食品安全事件仍时有发生。本文由我国的食品安全现状引出讨论,分析现有食品安全监管体系的不足,并提出了相应的对策与建议。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of food industry and the growth of varieties of food, food security situation has become more and more complicated and the supervision of food has also become more and more difficult today. Despite lots of measures taken by Chinas’ government in recent years, food safety affairs still happened some times. This paper discusses the current situation of Chinas’ food security and analyses the defects and shortages in Chinas’ food security system, then, gives some corresponding strategies and suggestions.
