基于神经网络的电缆温度监测和寿命估计

【摘要】 冶炼生产中,多条大电流运行的电缆集中敷设在电缆沟中,由于环境温度高和接头质量下降,容易导致电缆老化和接头烧毁事故。针对冶炼生产实际,设计电缆温度监测系统,选用半导体测温元件AD590监测电缆实际运行温度,由SC1128组成的电力通信模块传送信号,系统简单实用。应用神经网络技术分析电缆运行温度,诊断、预测故障,计算电缆使用寿命,优化电缆更换周期。

【Abstract】 In smelting process,large numbers of power cables passing through strong electric currents are usually concentrated in cable gutters underground.The cable’s aging time is reduced and junctions become burnout because of hot environment and bad quality junction.Aiming at the realistic smelting process,a temperature monitoring system is designed to monitoring the actual operating environment and status of those electric cables by choosing a semi-conductor element AD590.In addition,signal transmission module of SC1128 sends signals.The circuit designed in this system is simple and practicable.The neural network technology is applied to analyze the running temperature and junction of cables,to diagnose and forecast faults,to calculate the cable’s lifetime,and to optimize the period of cable replacement.
