7YPJ型农用三轮汽车齿轮箱体有限元静力分析
Finite element static analysis of gearbox casing of 7YPJ three-wheeled agricultural automobile
【摘要】 针对7YPJ型农用三轮汽车齿轮箱体的结构特点,利用Pro/E软件按照设计图纸对其三维实体模型进行了精确建模,并采用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行了静力分析,得出了齿轮箱体的位移、应力、应变云图,找到了齿轮箱体结构的强度薄弱环节,并据此提出了相应的修改方案,为改善齿轮箱体强度、改进齿轮箱体的结构设计提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 In this paper,using Pro/E and according to structural characteristics of the gearbox casing of 7YPJ three-wheeled agricultural automobile 3-dimensional solid model was established,and finite element static analysis was made on it by using ANSYS.Obtained results were the displacement,equivalent stress and strain of the gearbox casing.The weak spots of intensity were found and corresponding improved schemes were brought forward.The analysis achievements supply a theoretical support to improve the structural intensity and the design of gearbox.
