2006年1~6月北京市外来短期流动人口传染病流行概况
An analysis for notification of infectious disease in short-term floating population during January to June 2006 in Beijing
【摘要】 目的了解北京市2006年1~6月外来短期流动人口中传染病的流行病学特征。方法根据北京市常规传染病报告系统记录的2006年1~6月传染病发病数据,对外来短期流动人口的传染病病例的分布进行描述和分析,并估计发病率。结果 2006年1~6月北京市外来短期流动人口的传染病总发病率为189.91/10万低于北京市一般人群的发病率水平。45.54%的病例分布在城市功能拓展区,43.79%发生在城市发展新区。病例集中在儿童和从事服务行业的青年中。病例数最多的病种为感染性腹泻、痢疾、病毒性肝炎、麻疹和肺结核,这与常住人口情况相似。结论健全疾病信息系统、加强传染病监测和计划免疫工作、提高卫生服务的可及性,是北京市外来流动人口传染病防控工作中亟待解决的问题。
【Abstract】 Objectives To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of infectious disease in shod-term floating population of Beijing during January to June 2006.Methods Data recorded in routine surveillance system for infectious diseases were collected to describe and analyze the time,spatial and person distributions of infectious diseases in short-term floating population of Beijing from January to June 2006.Incidence of infectious disease was estimated based on the data collected.Results An overall incidence of infectious disease was 189.91 per hundred thousand in short-term floating population during January to June 2006 in Beijing,lower than that in general population,and 45.54% of the cases occurred in urban function development areas and 43.79% in new development districts.Most of cases occurred in children and young adults employed in service industry.The most common infectious diseases in the floating population included infectious diarrhea, dysentery,viral hepatitis,measles,pulmonary tuberculosis,the same as those in general population.Conclusions It is an urgent issue to be solved in prevention and control of infectious diseases in floating population that disease information system should be perfected,surveillance of disease and immunization should be strengthened further,and accessibility to health-care service by them should be improved.
