【摘要】 山东省是我国经济较为发达的地区之一,经济社会的快速发展对土地资源供给提出了更高的要求。该文以"十一五"时期为例,分析了全省土地资源的需求数量和供给能力,认为土地供给能够满足经济社会发展对土地的需求,但同时要转变土地利用方式,控制增量,盘活建设用地存量,提高建设用地利用效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economy in Shandong province is rather developed,thus,more land resource should be required.Setting economy developing in the "eleventh five-year plan" as an example,demand and supply ability of land resource are analyzed.It is regarded that land supplyment can meet the demand of social and economic developement,but land utilization style should be transferred,increasing quantity should be controlled,construction reserve should be circled and land utilization efficiency should be promoted as well.更多还原
