【摘要】 目的观察前列腺素E1治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法76例老年心力衰竭患者随机分为两组,实验组40例在常规治疗基础上给予前列腺素E110μg静脉注射,1次/d,每月连续14d,对照组36例予常规治疗,3个月后观察两组临床效果和心输出量变化。结果实验组临床显效62.50%,心输出量增加了38.67%,较对照组差异有统计学意义。结论前列腺素E1可以增加老年心力衰竭患者的心输出量,改善心功能,疗效好,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of prostaglandin E1 in the elder chronic heart failure patients.Methods 76 elder heart failure patients were divided to two groups randomly that one(the experimental group,n=40) was treated with intravenous injected Lipo-prostaglandin 10μg every day for 14 days trice within three months including conventional therapy and the others(the control group,n=36) was accepted conventional therapy,then the effect and cardiac output were observed before and after treatment.Results The rate of ecellent effect and increased cardiac output were 62.50% and 38.67% respectively in the experimental group,which showed significant difference comparing the control.Conclusion Lipo-PGE1 therapy in the elder chronic heart failure patients could increase cardiac output and improve heart function,with good effect and safety.更多还原
