【摘要】 目的探讨CT导向下经皮穿刺活检对纵隔肿块的临床应用价值。方法在CT导向下应用Magnum活检枪经皮穿刺活检纵隔肿块21例,其中经胸骨旁穿刺进针10例,经过含气肺组织穿刺进针7例,经椎旁径路穿刺进针4例。结果21例纵隔肿块穿刺活检病灶成功率100%,诊断准确率95%。其中恶性病变诊断准确率100%,良性病变诊断准确率83%。并发气胸2例,肺出血3例。结论CT导向下经皮穿刺活检纵隔肿块,操作简便安全、诊断的准确率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application value of CT-guided percutaneous puncture biopsy for diagnosis of mediastinal tumor.Methods CT-guided MAGNUM gun biopsy was performed of 21 patients with mediastinum tumor.10 cases were punctured through the route of parastemal;7 cases throughthe route of lung;4 cases through the route of paracentrum.Results The successful rate of the procedure was 100%(21/21).The successful punctural rates reached 100% for malignant neoplasms(15/15),83% for benign lesions(5/6),and the diagnostic accuracy was 95%(20/21).The complication of pneumothorax occurred in 2 cases(9.5%),and lung bleeding presented in 3 case(14.3%).Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous mediastinum biopsy possesses high diagnostic accuracy,and resulting in low occurrence of complications.更多还原
